1650 sq ft down to the studs design/build remodel. Our favorite part of this project was the new deck and grass area. The house is located on a steep down slope so we constructed a retaining wall and ran natural grass up to it then extended a deck from there, creating a huge flat area for kids to play and the parents to entertain. We also totally remodeled every inch of the interior.
